PERL STREET PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices for Perl Street, Inc. (“Perl Street”).  This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Perl Street’s website located at https://www.perlstreet.com (the “Site”).  This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information that you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site. 
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing.
Perl Street may collect personally identifiable information (PII) through the Site.  Perl Street only has access to the PII that you voluntarily provide through the Site.  Perl Street will use your PII to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us and for communicating with you. Perl Street may share your PII with third parties as necessary to fulfill your requests for services.In addition, Perl Street tracks Non-Personal Information (NPI) using cookies, or small text files, which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Cookies do not collect PII and we do not use cookies to collect location data (which may constitute PII under the laws of some jurisdictions).  Cookies help us improve and customize your experience on our Site.
Your Access to, and Control Over, Your Information.
We use your PII to provide our services to you.  You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time by sending us an email at privacy@perlstreet.com. In addition, (i) you may request a copy of the information that we have collected about you; (ii) you may request that we change or update your information; and (iii) you may request that we delete any part of your information.
PII Restrictions.
Perl Street’s services are restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. If we, however, inadvertently collect any PII from someone under the age of 18 (a “Child”), then the Child’s parent or legal guardian has the right to inspect the Child’s PII that Perl Street collected to assure it is accurate or to amend it. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Child and you become aware that your Child has provided Perl Street with PII without your consent, you should contact us via email at privacy@perlstreet.com. Parents always have the right to inspect any information that Perl Street may have inadvertently collected from their Child, and have the right to have Perl Street edit or delete it.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits users of our Site who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.[1] As noted above, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information for marketing purposes with third parties. In addition, California consumers have a right to know, access, and delete any of their Personal Information that we collect under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
